Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate about local food. As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of our busy kitchen and take full control when the head chef is away. Your food quality, cleanliness and ability to interact with other members of the team is vital.

The ideal Sous Chef must be passionate about using great quality seasonal West Country ingredients.
